Over the last 5 years, we've gotten to unite women in business growth and personal development through the podcast, our programs, and multiple rounds of our summit, but now it's time for a new adventure!

Our goal is to bring the same education, encouragement, and fun that we provide through our online platform into a real-life room where you can get tools to build your business, step into the highest version of yourself, and create lasting friendships with women who get you.

Our conference will take place at the historic Majestic Theater, located right on Elm Street in downtown Dallas, TX. Additional information about the conference venue, as well as information on discounted rooms at nearby hotels will be supplied to ticket holders.

The truth is, we're tired of what we're seeing in this industry. Conferences with the same handful of millionaires preaching their same lackluster mindset advice and telling you how it really came down to them "just believing in themselves." Events that put pressure on you to show up with a full face of makeup and the highest heels and try to out sparkle all the other women in the room with your outfit, all in the name of confidence and your highest self.

Now don't get us wrong. We love a fun blazer or those shoes that make you feel your most confident or pretty much anything that helps you believe you're the main character in the movie that is your life. We're all about getting in the room, stepping out of comfort zones, making ALLLLLL the connections, and pushing yourself to your next level.

But hard truth: It doesn't always require glitz and glamor...and it definitely

doesn't look a certain way.

And so a theme was born...


Day 1 of our conference will be entirely dedicated to the hard truths of business. We're bringing together women who aren't just giving you the same old marketing and Instagram tips you've heard a million times. These are real women with real strategies that have brought them real success. They're giving it to you straight so you can be profitable, efficient, and ready to grow.


Day 2 will be focused solely on the hard truths to make you a better you. We want you to go home with a crystal clear vision of the woman you want to be AND the actual tools and steps to know how to become her. That takes working through a lot of things, and getting more mindset, wellness, and motivation than "just believe in yourself." Our goal: that you leave a different person than you came.

Hey there gorgeous! I'm Hayley, a motivational speaker, a marketing coach, and the founder of Females on Fire. It all started as a podcast and expanded into this incredible community with programs, events, and opportunities to help women grow personally and professionally.


Now, it's time to fulfill a dream though. A pretty audacious one - to bring over 1,000 women together and host the conference I've been dreaming up for the last 5 years. I'm pulling out all our best ideas for this one, and trust me, you're not going to want to miss it!

Who is this conference for?

Females on Fire as a whole is dedicated to elevating the voices, brands, and businesses of women, so the conference content and agenda is geared toward women as well. Day 1 of the conference is entirely focused on business, so we recommend the conference for current or aspiring female business owners and entrepreneurs.

What's the scoop on travel / flights / shuttles?

There are 2 easily accessible airport options. Both are a less than 20 minute ride from the Uptown/Downtown areas. You'll want to fly in/out of either:

    - DFW - Dallas / Fort Worth Int'l Airport

    - DAL - Dallas Love Field Airport


We recommend flying in on August 6th and flying out on August 9th (or add an extra day or two to explore Dallas!) We'll have additional travel and transportation tips for ticket holders once we get closer!

Will there be a hotel room block?

Yes! We will have a room block at a great hotel that attendees can book at a discounted rate. More information will be coming on this very soon!

Are any meals or accommodations included in the price?

No. Your ticket covers admission to the conference and dance party only. VIP tickets will include a complimentary drink ticket during the VIP welcome party. We recommend bringing some light snacks along with you for the conference days. There will be a discounted hotel room block for attendees, but accommodations / travel / transportation are not included in your ticket price.

Can I bring my kids?

Respectfully, no. We love your kiddos and know it may be hard to leave them for a few days, but we want to create a high energy, comfortable space for women to grow both personally and professionally, so we don't want to distract or take away from your or anyone else's experience. We encourage you to empower yourself, if resources are available for you, to invest in yourself for these few days and know that by pouring into yourself it will benefit your kids!

What's the difference between all of the different ticket prices?



In an effort to make this conference both accessible and an amazing investment for your business, we have 4 different ticket options available for you!


There are 3 types of General Admission tickets: Premium which gets you amazing seats on the floor for $497; Standard which has a great view from the Mezzanine balcony for $297; and Basic which gives you an affordable but good seat in the Upper Balcony for only $97. All General Admission tickets include full access to both conference days, dance party access, a swag bag, and access to the private Facebook group and discounted hotel rooms.


Our VIP ticket includes everything in the General Admission tickets, but with amazing seats in the first 8 rows of the floor, access to the VIP networking party, plus special perks like priority registration, an upgraded swag bag (in a tote you'll love!), speaker photo ops, merch discounts, and even a post-conference masterclass with Hayley to help you implement what you learned at the event.

Will merch be available?

Yes! Exclusive Females on Fire merch will be available to purchase (at a special discount!) throughout the conference!

What days does the conference take place?

The conference is all day Wednesday (August 7th) and all day Thursday (August 8th), with the dance party Thursday evening. This leaves you completely free on for the weekend to explore Dallas for a few days or get back home with time for rest or family. VIP attendees also have an exclusive networking party Wednesday evening (August 7th).

What should I wear / bring?

We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! All you have to bring is yourself, but we'll give you some more thoughts on what to wear and bring as the event gets closer.

How can I find someone to room with?

Finding a roommate for the conference is a great way to save some money on your room and make new friends! If you're looking for a roommate, you'll be able to post in our conference Facebook group and find another attendee to room with.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable. If you can no longer attend the conference, you may attempt to sell your ticket. Any monetary exchanges between you and the new ticket holder will be your responsibility and will not be processed by Females on Fire.

Is there a virtual ticket option?

No, there will not be a virtual option this time around, but that's why we've tried to create some really affordable tickets, so as many people can get in the room as possible!

Is there a group rate if I want to purchase tickets for my whole team?

Yes, we're happy to accommodate your large group! Send us an email at hello@femalesonfire.co with some info on how many tickets you'll need and we'll get you set up.
