What we'll cover
You didn't think the name FUELED was random, did you? Heck no! FUELED stands for the phases that we'll walk through during the mastermind. These are the 6 phases of building, growing, and strategically leveraging a community and we'll spend time on each one.
Formation
We'll start with making sure there are no holes to plug in the vision, creation, and foundation of your community. You'll have clarity on your community's purpose, target audience, direction, and all those questions that keep you up at night (like where do I even host this community?)
Unity
Now that you know the vision - how do you get other people in on that vision? We'll focus on making sure that your marketing conveys your message and that you feel confident in your ability to bring people into the community and the mission behind it.
Engagement
This is always a popular struggle because it's not enough to get people to be a part of your community - you have to get them to engage. You'll learn new strategies to get people engaged, hyped, and constantly coming back to your community for more.
Leadership
Every community needs a leader, someone driving the vision behind it all. And that's you, which is awesome, but also means that you need to be confident in your ability to lead and work on developing the leadership skills that will allow your community to be a safe, open, and ever-growing space.
Expansion

During this retreat, we'll get hands-on with finalizing your plans, growth strategies, and future vision for your community. We'll spend some time collaborating with each other and creating amazing content that you'll be able to use to market your community, and we'll create lasting friendships with the women in the room.

FUELED FAQ's
01. How do I know if my business is right for this?
If you run an established service/experience based business and want to build a community, then this mastermind is already a great possibility for you. A perfect fit would be the woman who is dialed in on her audience and offers, and has experience with launching those offers and generating stable leads, revenue, and marketing efforts. While there isn't a specific revenue requirement for this program, we're looking for women who fully understand their business' revenue streams and the business is profitable and consistent.
02. What specifically is included in the mastermind?
Most of the mastermind will take place on Zoom. The mastermind includes group calls 2-3 times each month (through October) that will range from guest speaker trainings to hot seat coaching to workshops built around a specific area of our FUELED community building methodology. The program also includes some very specific ways that we'll incite accountability and collaborations.
The mastermind also includes an in-person retreat at the end of the program. The cost of the mastermind covers your retreat curriculum and materials, your accommodations in Wilmington, NC, and some fun surprises. It does not include travel to and from Wilmington or meals.
As a bonus, you'll also receive a complimentary VIP ticket to the Females on Fire Conference in August in Dallas, TX.
03. How many people will be in the mastermind?
We want to ensure that everyone in the program gets the dedicated support and collaborative efforts they need to successfully build and grow their community. To make sure that's possible, the mastermind will be an intimate group of only 6-10 women - perfect for creating close friendships and collaborations with women that understand your goal!
04. When and where is the retreat?
The retreat will take place in the fall in the beautiful coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina. Actual dates will be chosen by considering a variety of factors, including which dates would work best for the majority of the group. All retreat information will be given out to mastermind members quickly to ensure time to book travel. What better way to end a mastermind than with a beach vacay with your new biz besties!
05. Will my deposit be refunded if I'm not selected?
Absolutely! The deposit is simply to hold your spot in the application process while we double check that you and your business are in the right place for the mastermind right now. If for some reason your application is not selected, your deposit will be fully and immediately refunded. If your application is accepted, the deposit will be applied to your remaining balance.
