ABOUT AMANDA CLARK

Amanda’s journey started as a teen pregnancy statistic and she thought her life was pretty much over. She put her dreams on a shelf and started taking care of everyone and everything else. After having her third baby, she found herself sitting in the floor one day, crying and surrounded by her kids, and decided she couldn’t live this way anymore. She was always the girl with a camera in her hand, so she started a photography class and dove head first into both entrepreneurship and personal development.

She felt things start to shift after hiring her first business coach, and started gaining momentum and jumping into coaching and masterminds and anywhere she could get in the room. She ultimately got burnt out with all the voices in her head telling her the right ways to run a business and ended up taking a pause from all the education - this led her straight to breath work. She got certified as a breath work facilitator and now helps moms as a life coach and through breath work so they can break through barriers and limiting beliefs and stop saying “should.”
